Monitoring Software Homepage

Question: Anyone know about this internet monitoring software? its been downloaded into my system...?

The person who did it says everything is documented and sent to his email everyday, web addresses, screen shots, key strokes, etc. He said I wont be able to find it in any files or folders because its a hidden software and I need a certain keystroke to open the start menu. Anyone familiar with this product? Or know another product I could use to scan my system for hidden web tracking devices and get rid of it?

There could be a few things you are not considering. How secure are your security questions? You know, the ones that you would get asked if you click the "I forgot my password " link at sign on. Make sure those are secure and you may want to change them. Also, there is the possibility that you are being keylogged and therefore regardless of how often you change your password, they will still know it. My advice, make sure you have a security suite of software. I recommend (Download them, install, update, scan): 1) Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2) SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition 3) Avira AntiVir Personal 4) ThreatFire 5) Comodo Firewall Also, if you are using wireless internet, make sure that you are using the best wireless encryption you have available to you. In order of preference they should be (WPA2, WPA, WEP). And one final thing, make sure that you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer. I recommend Firefox, but there are other options like Chrome and Opera. Hope this helps.
