I thought I new everything about the game, but why should I try to compete with this compendium of knowledge, here is everything you need to know.
The new Call of Duty is great. It has the same engine used in Call of Duty 4, which is a very smart move by their part. Call of Duty 4 was such an amazing hit. I would say the best game of all year. It made me put Halo 3 aside and forget completely about it. Now, the new Call of Duty is about the World War 2. To be honest, a war that has been covered in a lot of video game titles. But the story line is very intense, which made me keep playing the campaign through the end. I cant forget, the zombie mode that is unlocked when you beat the game. It is lots of fun!! You grab some friends over xbox live and you can go very far.
The online playing is where its at. It has the same concept as COD4, which lets you unlock weapons and perks with the experience points you get. There are a few new perks and the weapons are all old school. The gameplay online is very fast paced, but this time around i felt that a lot of weapons did not have enough recoil and that makes it very easy for people to kill you. The crouch system takes too long to respond. In COD4 if you think fast, you can crouch and cover from enemies in no time. I also noticed that at least 2 maps still have glitches. Players get under the map there is no way to kill them. That can be very frustating when you are leading and boom, somebody from under the map gets you. Besides those few annoyances the online multiplayer has countless hours of fun. I love how you can see the lobby leaderboard and compare your stats against other players besides your friends. I can play this game over and over, and never get tired of it.
